1. Who is responsible

Phasegrowth OÜ, registry code 16014205, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia, is responsible for the use of cookies and similar technologies described in this Policy. Questions may be sent to contact@phasegrowth.com.

2. What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small text files placed in a browser. Local storage retains information in the browser until it is removed or expires. Session storage retains information only for the open browser tab and is deleted when that tab closes. These technologies may be essential to provide a requested service or optional, in which case they are used only after consent.

3. Essential technologies

The following technologies are always active because they are required to operate the website or Platform, complete sign-in and sign-out, maintain a session, remember privacy choices or retain interface settings.

theme browser storage

Purpose: Remembers the selected light or dark appearance.

Duration: Until removed by the user or the browser.

Tab storage

Provider or location: Phasegrowth

Purpose: Preserves the screen state in the open tab.

Duration: Deleted when the tab closes.

4. Optional usage analytics

PostHog starts only after the visitor has consented. It uses two cookies, retained for up to one year, together with browser storage. PostHog records page views, page speed and a limited set of product events defined by Phasegrowth. Automatic click tracking is disabled.

For a signed-in user, PostHog uses an internal identifier and does not receive the user’s name or email address for analytics identification. PostHog may record sessions on platform.phasegrowth.com. All text and every input field are concealed in those recordings, which are retained for 30 days. PostHog processes the analytics data in its European Union cloud.

5. Error reporting

Sentry reports technical errors. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in the browser and does not record sessions.

6. Consent and changing choices

Visitors may accept or decline optional analytics through the cookie settings interface. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent use of the essential features. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal. Browser controls may also be used to remove stored cookies and browser data, although removing essential technologies may sign the user out or reset interface preferences.

7. Personal data and transfers

Cookie and analytics information may constitute personal data when it relates to an identifiable user or device. Phasegrowth processes essential technical information to provide the requested service and protect the Platform, and processes optional PostHog analytics on the basis of consent. Further information about recipients, international transfers, retention and individual rights is provided in the Phasegrowth Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to this Policy

Phasegrowth may update this Policy when the technologies used by the website or Platform change or when legal requirements require an amendment. The effective date above identifies the current version.
